Domestic policy - Inquiries about exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis.
International policy - No returns or exchanges are allowed from international buyers. We are not responsible for items being held or confiscated by a country's customs department, nor for any customs tariffs or taxes. It is up to the buyer to investigate any customs issues.
VINTAGE CONDITION: Pre-owned goods may show minor signs of wear due to age. We always indicate any major flaws or blemishes, but will not always mention small flaws, such as pinpoint size spots or holes. If you are concerned about a particular items condition, please contact us.
Domestic (New Zealand): packages will be sent by Parcel Post and are tracked. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
International: packages will be sent by Air Mail. This does not include Tracking or insurance to cover loss or damage. Please note New Zealand is a long way from anywhere, so please allow a good 3 to 6 weeks for delivery.
As an international buyer you are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country.
